How to make almond milk at home?

Many of us love milk. But! Almost 75% of the world's population has an intolerance to it, which causes digestive upset. As an alternative, we suggest you try almond milk. It does not contain dairy products, so it does not contain lactose or casein. Almond milk contains a huge amount of calcium, trace elements and vitamins! One glass of almond milk provides your body with a daily dose of protein, calcium and iron. All these substances are in soluble form, which allows them to be easily absorbed by the body. Unsweetened almond milk contains up to 80% fewer calories than cow's milk, which is the best option for weight loss and weight control (!)

So, let's move on to preparing our magical drink of health, youth and beauty☺️:

Recipe No. 1

  • pour the contents of a pack of Nuteco Premium almond flour (150 g) into a jar (700 ml).
  • fill with hot water (60-70°)
  • beat well and leave for 1 hour
  • filter the finished drink through gauze folded in 4 layers and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

The next day we get perfectly smooth, tender and silky almond milk! You should have approximately 500 ml of finished drink.

Recipe No. 2

  • almond flour "Nuteco Premium" - 150 gr.
  • filtered water - 400 ml.
  • vanilla to taste
  • salt - a pinch
  • honey to taste

Whip well, strain and enjoy the taste!

Almond milk is ideal as a base for smoothies, porridges, a base for desserts and anything else your imagination can create!
