How to make almond flour at home?
What is almond flour made from? The name speaks for itself - made from almonds, of course! Therefore, it retains all the benefits of almonds. The minerals found in almond flour normalize the functioning of the heart, kidneys and liver. Thanks to a large number of useful vitamins and macro-microelements, almond flour improves human immunity, protecting it from viruses and bacteria. And one more thing - almond flour does not contain gluten (!)

Boil water;
Rinse the almonds well under running water;
Pour boiling water over the almonds and leave for 5 minutes;
Drain and rinse almonds with cold water;
Then pour boiling water over the almonds again and leave for 5 minutes.
Drain the water.
Peel the almonds.
Place the peeled nuts on a clean towel and wait until the towel absorbs moisture.
Place the almonds on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Preheat oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
Dry the almonds in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring, turning over and checking their condition from time to time. If you want white almond flour, remove the almonds from the oven before they turn golden.
Allow the nuts to cool.
Take some of the cooled almonds and put them in a blender.
Grind the almonds for 8 seconds, but no longer, otherwise they will release oil and thicken.
Sift the resulting almond flour through a sieve.
Grind the remaining large particles of almond nuts in a blender.
Repeat grinding in a blender and sifting until you obtain the required amount of almond flour.
That's it, your almond flour is ready!
